Updated as of 7/11/24OVERALL•I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION AS I SEE FIT
-If a commission is declined, I will provide a clear and concise answer as to why, in which depending on the situation, we may be able to talk it through and figure out a better solution.•Do not claim my art as your own
-Credit me when posting my art somewhere. I will never send a unwatermarked version of my art. If you remove it or try to remove it, you will be added to my blacklist.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork on any social media I wish.•Do not use my art as a basis for AI generated images nor use it for NFTs.•Please give me time - Do not dm me often asking for updates. I ask that you give me 1-2 weeks before asking for a update. I will provide as much of an update as I can at the time.
- I do have a full time job along with arm-muscle issues, so please bear with me if there are any moments in time that it takes a while for me to get to your commission.
- This does not excuse if I were to take a extremely long time on a commission. If I take way too long, please talk to me first and we can discuss•I take payment either before I start or after sketch - I do not do payment at the end•I will not provide a refund UNLESS the commissions has not been started in any capacity. If the commission is at the sketch point, I can provide a partial refund.
- If you file for a chargeback, then you will not gain any access to the art/adopt that I have made, and will be instantly put onto my blacklist.•Once sketch is complete, I will not continue until everything is confirmed•DO NOT EDIT MY WORK IN ANYWAY
-Do not change colours, add/remove things, or trace what i have made.• Please be upfront if purchasing a commission or adopt for someone else. I don't mind it, but I just want to know first.Commissions•Dont use my art for commercial use unless discussed with me first•To be able to do your commission, i need a unshaded and clear ref of a oc
-If there are any small details/details that are not mentioned on the ref, please make sure to mention them•I will do a few small changes here and there, but if there are excessive changes - there will be a $5 fee.
-I send wips at sketch and colour - I ask that all changes be done at those stages.•Please ask before redlining my art - It helps me visualize what you are looking for but i want the confirmation first before you do soAdopts/Customs•Do not redesign to the point of unrecognition•Do not make a POC coded character white
-IE: If a character has a black/textured hairstyle, do not make them white/do not redesign them to be white•You can make nsfw art of my designs - but just dont make it weird
-NO FERAL NSFW - You can only make nsfw if the oc has been turned human/anthro if not already
-No proship/Fetish/illegal content•When getting a custom, please give me as much detail as you can in order for me to accurately make your custom.•Do not sell the oc for more than you bought it for UNLESS art has been added on
-If you cannot remember prices, please let me know•Please keep the design for atleast 2 weeks before reselling•DO NOT PUT YOUR OWN TOS OVER MINE - YOU DID NOT DESIGN THE OC, THEREFORE, YOU CANNOT APPLY A TOSIF TOS IS BROKEN•If TOS is broken for any reason, you will no longer be able to purchase commissions or adopts directly from me
-If TOS continues to be broken regardless of first break - You will be blocked and put on a blacklist
-I will not revoke/take back any ocs or designs - but i will make it so you cannot get any new designs from me
-if you are discovered to be attempting to get designs even after being blacklisted - I will reach out to who you got the oc from and talk with them regarding getting the design backPlease send a 🍀 with your commission information or when claiming an adopt to confirm you have read and understand my TOS
